Simple. Affordable. Non-consumption market.
Don’t create an offering that tries to solve a problem incrementally better than the current solution.

Customer Experience

Your customer must feel like you have taken care of them.
Don’t assume how your customer feels. Check in with them.


Using the knowledge and technology that was available ten years ago, create a new combination of building blocks that unlocks value in a way that no-one has thought of.
Don’t think that you have to be on the cutting edge of technology. You need to be on the cutting edge of providing value.


If you have something that will make a positive change in the world, you are doing the world a disservice if you don’t tell them about it. It is your responsibility to make sure that people know about your product.


If your offering is providing value to the world, it is your job to keep profit so that you can keep going.


Business is hard, but worth it if you are offering value. Don’t withhold your value from us.
