Focus and Execution

If you are trying to multitask, you won’t be able to deliver the results you need to. A tennis player who is thinking about the flight home, or the way the peanuts remind him of childhood trips to the circus, will likely miss the necessary shots. Your brain needs to be focused on the task at hand.

As painful as this feels today: turn off all of your notifications for 60 minutes. Then focus on the task at hand. You will be surprised that your 60 minutes of work will yield results that would typically take you much longer.

Focus on one task. Get it done. Move on to the next most important task.
