One Day At A Time

Take one day at a time.
Express gratitude for five things today.
Set a boundary, and don’t allow yourself to cross it. (For example, set a bed-time, or the time that you will quit work, and stick to it.)
Learn one new thing.
Compliment someone.
Compliment a second person.
Breath deeply.
Exercise. Even if it is only for a short time.
Don’t speculate about tomorrow.
Be honest with yourself. Really honest.
Live today in a way that when you look back tomorrow, you will be happy with who you were yesterday.

Take one day at a time. Because you only have today.
